Scott Richman was an employee for Royal Caribbean before establishing what is now known as Nerds Support back in 2007. As a member of Royal Caribbean, Scott provided a myriad of IT duties while always maintaining a love for computer projects and service. Because of Scott’s devotion to becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, his vision to begin his own business became reality five years ago. He now continues to help various-sized companies find a comprehensive and competitive drive with emerging technologies as they grow and expand from the ground up.
By individually designing each of his client’s IT roadmaps and providing them with full-service IT support 24/7, he has given numerous clients the ability to focus on their businesses, instead of any network or IT issues.
