Before founding Nerds Support over five years ago, Scott Richman worked for Royal Caribbean, a Fortune 500 Company, performing help desk, desktop and server support. As an aspiring Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Scott eventually decided to venture out on his own and start a company with the vision of giving small to medium-sized business the ability to enjoy a competitive edge with technology. By building each of his client’s infrastructures and giving them a full-service IT department for support, he has allowed numerous clients the ability to focus on their businesses, instead of their IT problems. His mission is to helping organizations like yours become more productive and profitable with CIO services.

Vince Silva is Nerds Support’s detail-oriented Senior Engineer. Vince is an English/Spanish bilingual, who over the years has worked his way up the technology industry ladder: from a junior network administrator, to a senior network administrator, IT manager, system administrator, and finally his current position with Nerds Support. As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Vince is an expert in a wide variety of software and services including Virtualization, VoIP, Security, Backup Solutions and more.

Marketing & Sales Manager
Jeff Zelaya is the Marketing & Sales Manager for Nerds Support. Jeff is a Marketing Management major at Florida International University and has a certificate in sales and customer relationship management. He has done marketing work for a variety of organizations from Fortune 500’s to the Federal Government. Jeff currently serves as President of The FIU Business Student Leadership Group and is an Ambassador of the Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities. A marketing and marketing managing expert, Jeff is the trusted face of our company, serving our clients with unmatched service and support.
